Marsha has called Southwest Florida home for over 20 years. Having worked in many different areas of real estate development and sales since 1990, she brings a wide range of knowledge and dedication to her work at Hunters Ridge. In 1995 while working as a sales assistant and office manager for a large developer Marsha obtained her Florida real estate license and became a member of the Bonita Estero Board of Realtors. Marsha oversees the daily tasks of managing listings, sales and marketing as well as showing properties and working with buyers and sellers. Marsha received her Florida Real Estate Broker License in 2000.
